Regression test coverage has dropped below 90%

Description of the bug

Our CI automated regression test suite code coverage has dropped below 90%

Previously it was 95% but lately we have added so much new code that the tests are lagging behind.

Steps To Reproduce

Look at the pytest coverage reports:

pytest --cov=ardupilot_methodic_configurator --cov-report=term-missing

Much of the code in the plugins and log_analysis directories is WIP and can lag for now. But the code coverage in the ardupilot_methodic_configurator directory should be above 95% on all files. @iacker @yashhzd can you help?

Expected behavior

Coverage of the files in the ardupilot_methodic_configurator should be above 95%
