描述

Currently, the tooltips are not customisable; we should change that so that people can implement tooltips the way they want them to be. We should let people have control over how the tooltips look (style) and what information they contain (content).

Examine the component in the d3act library that currently renders tooltips (likely a React component). Determine how tooltip style and content are currently hard coded. Propose adding props such as 'tooltipStyle' and 'tooltipContent' to allow customization. Since no existing code is linked, review similar React+d3 tooltip implementations for patterns.
