Table header is missing the accessibility i believe. Things like getting focus on the header column and sorting are not able to achieve with keyboard alone.

Investigate the current implementation of the table header in react bootstrap table. The issue is about missing keyboard accessibility for column headers and sorting. Focus on adding ARIA attributes such as role='columnheader' and aria sort to indicate sort state, and ensure headers are focusable via tabindex.
