Research direction

Start by inspecting the existing RHEL 8.x and 9.x build runners and how packages are published at download.zfsonlinux.org/epel/. Done means a RHEL 10 build path is in place and its repository output is available.

Description

Currently http://download.zfsonlinux.org/epel/ only has releases for 8.x and 9.x.

With RHEL 10 being announced this past week and their big marketing push at Red Hat Summit that just took place this week, the uptake of RHEL 10 will be a continual upward climb.

Whenever you guys can get around to putting runners in place to build ZFS for the 10.x line would be great.
