Description

Jira Link: DB-1890 The flag --webserver_interface only supports a single IP at the moment. https://docs.yugabyte.com/latest/reference/configuration/yb-tserver/#webserver-interface

It can be enhanced to support multiple IPs to bind on similar to the behavior of the flag --rpc_bind_addresses.

One side effect would be that we can inherit multiple IPs in webserver_interface from rpc_bind_addresses as currently done at https://github.com/yugabyte/yugabyte-db/blob/1b4987bf9a42fcc6018ab6ba3b3523941c3d414a/src/yb/server/server_base_options.cc#L127
