Description

Hi all,

Right now, this project does not yet support .deb packaging or APT-based installation. I haven’t built a .deb myself before and don’t currently have time to handle this part. Still, I believe it would be very valuable for Debian and Ubuntu users to have proper support.

🙏 Community help wanted

If you have experience with .deb packaging, or are interested in learning, your help would be very welcome!

Possible contributions:

  • Create a .deb package using dpkg-deb, debuild, or other tools
  • Optionally publish it to a Launchpad PPA or set up a self-hosted APT repo
  • Write a simple guide or CI/CD workflow to automate the build process
