Description

Rultor tweets after every release. Can we make this optional, with a param in .rultor.yml?

You test the releasing script, making more test releases or whatever and it tweets every single one of them as if it were an actual release.

I would add a boolean tweet param to the release section. What do you think? Or there is already this option and I didn't find it?
