Description

Styles of a TextCell (TextColor or DetailColor) set in the App.xaml file do not apply to the TextCell.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a ListView with a TextCell as ItemTemplate
  2. Set the style of the TextCell in the App.xaml file (Example: TextColor to Blue)

Expected Behavior

The text color of the TextCell is blue.

Actual Behavior

The text color of the TextCell is the default color.
