Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create vertically orientated stackpanel with 3 labels
  2. Enter text that is longer that width of screen
  3. Try different LineBreakModes

Expected Behavior

LineBreakModes are applied correctly on all platforms.

Actual Behavior

LineBreakModes do not work as expected on UWP, only TailTruncation is displayed.

This is an old issue that was logged in Bugzilla and potentially got lost in the merge as it was confirmed in 2016.
