Description

macOS version: Monterey (12) Kap version: 3.5.5

Steps to reproduce

  1. Disable "Show Cursor"
  2. Record a Figma prototype with touch device
  3. Tap on some hotspot
  4. Stop the record

Current behavior

We can see the mousse cursor when we click on the Figma prototype

Expected behavior

We disable "Show cursor" in Kap, so we expected don't see it :)

Workaround

🤷‍♂️

Investigate how the 'Show Cursor' setting is implemented in Kap. Look at the main renderer process to see how cursor visibility is toggled. The issue shows that the cursor still appears when interacting with a Figma prototype, suggesting that the hiding might be bypassed for certain interactions. Check if the cursor is hidden via CSS or using native OS APIs. Consider whether the event handling in web content can override cursor visibility.
