Research direction

Start at the Tenor GIF selection flow in the WordPress for Android app and trace where the app-bar action label is chosen. Confirm the label shown after selecting a GIF, then verify the wording is specific to Tenor GIF selection without changing other media flows.

Description

[Pri] Low [Type] Enhancement Good First Issue Media
  • When testing GIF behaviours in 19.5 I was adding gifs from Tenor
  • When I select a gif, the app bar says 'Use this photo'
  • For a second it made me second guess if it will appears as a GIF
  • I know it might not work in places where we have mixed media. But given Tenor is searching only GIFs, I think we could say 'Use this GIF'
