Description

Especially when working with the autoscaler it is really helpful when the agent list is up to date to see that an agent was scheduled and is available.

This could be easily implemented by reloading the agent list every x seconds.

Investigate the current agent list component in the Vue frontend (likely `web/src/components/agent/AgentList.vue`). Look for any existing data fetching patterns like periodic polling. Implement a `setInterval` to refetch the agent data every 30 seconds, using the existing API call to `/api/agents`. Ensure to clear the interval on component unmount.
