Research direction
Look at existing completion specs in the repository (e.g., 'src/df.ts' or 'src/free.ts') to understand the pattern. Then create a new file 'src/vmstat.ts' and define options like ' help', ' version', ' active', ' stats', etc. based on vmstat's man page. Test the spec locally using Fig's development tools.
