Proposal

It would be good to have the ability to be able to use jsonc files for requests as this can help with adding context to the request using human readable comments.

This is my first ever issue in github.

Research direction
The codebase for mapping file loading is in the wiremock standalone or core module. Look at the MappingFileLoader class and related file loaders. Adding jsonc support may involve extending the file extension whitelist and using a JSON parser that supports comments, such as Jackson with ALLOW COMMENTS enabled. No maintainer comments are present; consider asking for clarification on whether only .jsonc extension or also inline comments in .json files.
