Description

For a character to add skills, one option is to use a compendium folder of skill items only to be used. This is not ported over yet.

Research direction
Implement a function to load skill items from a compendium folder. Look at existing compendium loading patterns in the codebase, e.g., how items are imported from compendiums for other purposes. Extend the loadskills utility to accept an optional compendium parameter and fetch skills from the specified compendium folder.
