Description

On immutable systems like Fedora Kinoite/Silverblue or OpenSUSE Kalpa/Aeon, you're supposed to only install Flatpaks. The only option to run a VM is GNOME Boxes. I'm not sure if Winapps can already connect to a Windows VM running in the Flatpak version of GNOME Boxes. If it does, this would be a useful addition to the documentation.

Investigate if Winapps can currently connect to a Windows VM running via Flatpak GNOME Boxes. Test the integration on an immutable system like Fedora Kinoite. If it works, add documentation explaining the setup steps. If not, identify what changes are needed. Look at existing documentation files in the repository to determine where to add the new section.
