Any way to change, say, the text color?

Description

If we could edit attributes like color, size, padding etc. that would basically revolutionize design on android.

Is this currently possible? Using the attribute plugin(s) I can only edit the text and hint and some select booleans like clickable. Is it possible to change other attributes like the text color?
