Write the release notes for epic #517:
- schema:Person consumers stop matching after the #521 class migration (person → foaf:Person, organization → org:Organization).
- House vocabularies moved from weos.org to https://weos.io/vocab/… (#520).
- Legacy edges that reverse-mapped to a control keyword now read back under their property name (#522).
- Operator route for an existing instance: held-terms → adopt-term → worker normalize-edge-keys --restamp --write → worker reproject → worker checkpoint reset oxigraph --truncate → worker count-iri-edge-keys (see the closing comment on #517).
