Description

What version of WebTorrent Desktop are you using? 0.24.0

What operating system and version? macOS 13.4

What problem do you want to solve? Similarly to #778, the desktop app lacks the possibility to bind to a specific network interface only.

What do you think is the correct solution to this problem? Implement a preference that allows one to choose which network interface to bind to, like qBittorrent

Investigate the current app preferences (likely in `src/config` or similar) to understand how settings are stored and applied. Look at the WebTorrent library's download options to see if binding to an interface is supported (e.g., via ` bind` or a similar flag). Then implement a new setting in the UI (e.g., a dropdown of available network interfaces) and pass it to the WebTorrent engine. Check existing issues like #778 for prior discussion.
