Description

What version of WebTorrent Desktop are you using? 0.24.0

What operating system and version? macOS 13.4

What problem do you want to solve? Similarly to #778, the desktop app lacks the possibility to bind to a specific network interface only.

What do you think is the correct solution to this problem? Implement a preference that allows one to choose which network interface to bind to, like qBittorrent

Research direction
Investigate current network binding in WebTorrent Desktop. Add a setting in the preferences UI to select a network interface, similar to qBittorrent. Modify backend to bind WebTorrent engine to the chosen interface using the `bind` option in the WebTorrent constructor.
