This was broken in my initial implementation of createHTMLDocument in Gecko.

Investigate the existing test structure for innerHTML in synthetic documents. The bug reference (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show bug.cgi?id=594767) provides context. Look for existing test files related to createHTMLDocument or innerHTML in the repository, and add a test case that verifies innerHTML works correctly in a synthetic document created by document.implementation.createHTMLDocument().
