Description

Sometimes a plugin (or multiple plugins) might fail to update/install. It would make sense to add a retry option (perhaps mapped to R, since r is already mapped to revert).

Implement a retry mechanism for plugin updates/installs. Map to 'R' key. Modify the update/install functions to retry on failure with a configurable retry count. Add user facing option and documentation.
