Description

In https://github.com/wbond/sublime_terminal/issues/188#issuecomment-365870643, we had a longer than necessary back and forth due to us logging error message to the console but not as alert messages. Let's improve our logging to alert more accurately

Marking as "help wanted" as I was on my way to bed when this happened and I'm super busy the next few days
