Research direction

Start with the linked testing section in the W3C Node.js document and review the existing issue discussion. Determine whether testharness.js can be independently maintained and packaged through npm, and document concrete reasons for recommending it over mocha; the issue is done when that recommendation and its prerequisites are resolved.

Description

documentation question

As I wrote on the document, imho testharness.js needs at the very least to be a project maintained independently, and a package available via npm. Then, we will need good reasons to abandon the very popular mocha in favour of this other (less powerful?) tool.
