Section 5.1 "Support for Compact URIs" is an extended re-iteration of the compact IRIs section of the JSON-LD spec.

If we want to call out this feature of JSON-LD as something to watch out for, maybe it should be in section 2.1 instead? Compact URIs are not exclusive to extensions.
