Description

Thinking about https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-tips-and-tricks and https://www.vscodecandothat.com/. One concern is I don't want to put a bunch of gifs/videos in the source code to make cloning slow.

But I can just start by posting a bunch of gifs into an issue and linking them in Veturpack and Vetur's documentation.
