Description

Would be nice to have volta list --format=json with a json schema similar to npm's. I will sometimes use this format with jq or similar "pick out" useful information. Low priority item.

Examine the current `volta list` implementation in the Rust codebase, likely under `src/command/list.rs` or similar. Understand how the display output is generated. Add a JSON serialization option, possibly using serde to derive Serialize on the data structures. Model the JSON schema after npm's `npm list json` output. Review any existing comments in the issue for suggested approaches.
