Description

I need to list all my the powered off vm's and sort them on the basis of date when they were switched off.

Research direction
Use the pyVmomi library to retrieve all VMs. Check the 'runtime.powerState' property for 'poweredOff' and if the 'runtime.lastPoweredOn' property exists, note that it records last power on, not power off. For last power off time, query the VM event history using the event manager to filter PowerOffVM events.
