Description

We found that some worker interfaces called by vLLM are missing in vLLM Ascend. It's good to add the support.

Contributor guide

Research direction
Study the existing worker interface implementations in vLLM Ascend (e.g., sample tokens, get kv connector handshake metadata) to understand patterns. For each missing function (check health, reinitialize distributed, etc.), find the corresponding interface in vLLM's base worker class and implement it in the Ascend plugin, ensuring compatibility with Ascend hardware.
