When it's loaded, it should check against https://hyperterm-updates.now.sh/api/versions and notify the user if it's the latest version, every time, as soon as it opens.

This is similar to how Chrome does it.

Locate the About pane component in the Hyper codebase (likely a React component). Implement a fetch request to https://hyperterm updates.now.sh/api/versions on pane open. Compare the returned version with the current app version. Update the UI to show a green tick if up to date or a notification if outdated. Handle errors gracefully. Refer to existing pattern like how Chrome's About dialog checks updates.
