Issue

After the new update, overtime the alpha value is changed to be less than 1, the hyper terminal displays the new color value correctly once the .hyper.js is saved, but once hyper is quit and reopened, the terminal displays a much more transparent alpha. This was never an issue in the previous version.

Research direction
Investigate how Hyper loads the opacity setting from .hyper.js on startup. Look into the configuration parsing logic, likely in src/config/parse.ts, and the window initialization code in src/index.ts or src/window.ts. Check if the alpha value is correctly read and applied to the terminal window's background. Compare the behavior when saving vs. restarting to identify any mismatch in state persistence.
