Hello team,
I hope you're all doing well! I wanted to propose a feature enhancement that I believe would be both beneficial and user-friendly.
Overview:
Introducing a live tracking dashboard that provides real-time visibility into which pages users are currently navigating, similar to the live dashboard feature in Shopify. This enhancement would empower us to monitor and analyze user behavior in real-time, offering actionable insights into customer journeys on our platform.
Concept:
The live tracking dashboard would feature:
- A visual representation of current user activity across different pages.
- Customizable chart options (e.g., on he Shopify Screen, we should be able to configure the user actions such as “Add to Cart,” “On Checkout,” etc.).
