Description

Hey there! I've been working on napkin for a while, and I suppose to translate napkin to languages like Chinese so more people can use this great resource. With the same open-source license, I can work on translating this into Chinese. I'll pull a new request (a new branch or simply a l10n folder) to the project soon. :D
