Description

The page docs/contributors/debugging/error-tracker.md was migrated from the Ubuntu Wiki (ErrorTracker) as part of #705. A disclaimer on the page notes that it may contain inaccuracies, may not be up-to-date, and may require formatting, language, or other corrections.

This issue tracks the follow-up work needed to review and clean up the migrated content. The page is large and includes many images.
