Description

The internal repos at Uber have a fork of the RIBs repo due to the build systems used internally. This fork has diverged significantly from the open-source and we have not had the resources to properly maintain this repo.

To that end, we are very excited to welcome @alexvbush as the primary maintainer of this repo. He is actively using RIBs both at work and for external projects and has a lot of deep domain knowledge here. Uber will continue to work with Alex in a consulting role to help guide the direction of the repo, but he is welcome to approve and land smaller changes independently.

We hope that this will lead to the repo getting some much needed version updates, etc. We look forward to the repo becoming more active under Alex's guidance!
