Description

https://github.com/libsql/libsql/tree/main/src/rust/libsql-shell shell is a modernized rewrite of the libSQL shell.

In order to be fully compatible with the original shell, it should support the same set of command-line arguments.

$ libsql --help

if the file does not previously exist.
