Command description

Since Fedora 41, the default dnf command points to dnf5, previously dnf4. https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/SwitchToDnf5

The existing pages for dnf documents dnf4, some commands are outdated in dnf5. This issue is made to act as a tracker for the existing dnf pages, to fully test out if they are compatible with the new dnf5 subcommands and options.
