问题描述
在播放番剧和影视剧（例如纪录片）时，使用键盘上的左右键（←→键）调整视频时间时，会出现视频调整了时间，但是弹幕无法跟随视频时间变动的问题
具体表现是视频调整时间后，弹幕不会在对应的时间点重新加载，而是继续滚动
其他视频（除了“追番”“追剧”）都没有这种情况的发生
已通过关闭其他脚本和扩展的方式，排除了其他脚本和扩展导致bug的可能性
