Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating tensorflow-cloud's handling of container information and the path that receives a .ipynb file, then compare it with the AI Platform Notebooks metadata example in the issue. Done means available environment metadata can be inferred when present and existing behavior remains unchanged when it is absent.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

As part of AI Platform Notebooks DLVM OS, when a user saves a Notebook (.ipynb) file, metadata is written to define image version/container.
Provide ability of tensorflow-cloud to infer Metadata when passing container information if available to AI Platform.
