Investigate how wxWidgets handles custom cursor scaling on high DPI displays. Check the cursor creation code in wxCursor and see if the bitmap is scaled correctly. Look for any DPI awareness settings in the application. Examine if the cursor bitmap is using the correct logical vs physical size.
