Description

It looks like the listed timezones for Pacific/Samoa (-1:00), US/Honolulu (0:00), and US/Samoa (-1:00) are incorrect; the correct values should be +13:00, -10:00, -11:00 respectively. @ re PR: arendst/tasmota#
