Because v236 has not been in PyPI yet, I suggest that we should follow "Publishing to PyPI with a Trusted Publisher" guide. One of the methods is to upload directly from GH Action to PyPI (following https://packaging.python.org/en/latest/guides/publishing-package-distribution-releases-using-github-actions-ci-cd-workflows/).
