Research direction

The issue identifies the documentation site but no files, tests, or implementation entry point. Start by locating the site's theme configuration and styling, then define how the toggle should behave and how both themes will be verified for readability and persistence.

Description

It would be great if the docs provided a toggle to switch to a dark theme. https://docs.syncthing.net is very bright at night.
Using an style editor in the browser helps but not optimal.
