Description

Currently, there's no way to disable validation in the API clients and therefore we cannot use the API clients to perform integration tests with the RESTful backend (e.g. the API client cannot send requests with incorrect values as the client validation rule will fail the operation)

We'll introduce an option (e.g. client_side_validation in the configuration object)

Research direction
This issue requests a configurable option to disable client side validation for integration testing. A similar feature was implemented for the Ruby client in PR #5528; you can reference that implementation to add the option to other language clients. The main file to modify is likely the client generation template for each language. Review the discussion in the issue comments for any additional requirements or constraints.
