Similar to https://github.com/swagger-api/swagger-codegen/pull/2376, we want to add customisable user-agent to all API clients.

Research direction
Review merged PRs for Java, Go, Python, etc. to understand the pattern. Locate mustache templates for the target language (e.g., modules/swagger codegen/src/main/resources/). Implement similar changes to add a customizable user agent option and test the generated client.
