I have a custom setup for deploying supabase edge functions to a self-hosted cloud where CPU limits apply differently. I would like to be able to test the edge functions locally with those cpu limits

A set of environment variables that sets the cpu limits at https://github.com/supabase/cli/blob/8652151c891f70db49100b042b25f80f0e1cfcaf/internal/functions/serve/templates/main.ts#L171C11-L172
