✨ Feature do-not-close supabase/cli

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We use Supabase CLI for local development, but due to company policies we cannot install third party applications such as scoop. Which makes setting up supabase cli add more friction.

Add supabase to winget so that, supabase cli could be installed using winget instead of using third party applications such as scoop.
