setuptools deprecation warnings in pip verbose mode

Review the package discovery configuration responsible for ndcube.extra_coords.tests, ndcube.utils.sphinx, and ndcube.visualization.tests. Reproduce the warning in pip verbose mode using the reported sunpy/Map scenario; done means these setuptools deprecation warnings no longer appear.
