Description

Apologies if I missed it, but I looked through the docs and I haven't seen anything mention whether or not SQLite.swift is thread safe.

I'm seeing some random EXC_BAD_ACCESS crashing that pops up inside of SQLite.swift when calling the libsqlite functions and I'm trying to determine if there's a leak or if it's related to using multiple threads to access the DB potentially concurrently.

Investigate SQLite.swift's thread safety by reviewing the library's usage of GCD (Grand Central Dispatch) and examining files like Connection.swift for concurrent access patterns. Check if SQLite.swift uses sqlite3 threadsafe() and whether it properly serializes database operations. Also, review existing comments in this issue (#259) for any hints or partial solutions. Test with a simple multi threaded scenario to reproduce the EXC BAD ACCESS crash.
