Research direction
Review existing example models in the repository to understand the structure. Use the knitr package in R to create a new R Markdown file that defines a basic PK/PD model, simulates data, and fits it using Stan. Consider using the 'rk45' ODE solver in Stan. Ensure the example is well documented and reproducible.
