Research direction

Start by reviewing the Slack report and reproducing the duplicate-id error after creating one item, moving it, and creating another; refreshing currently clears the problem. Trace the create() flow and the pre-filled id state around the move from x to y. Done means creating after a move no longer produces an invalid duplicate id.

Invalid create(), duplicate id

Refreshing fixes it.

Hunch: Maybe after creating x then moving to y, the pre-filled id for the new y is not updated?
